The chefs prepare fine Mexican and international recipes using the freshest ingredients, including vegetables, lettuces and herbs from the their organic garden. Most meals are vegetarian, they are rich in both flavor and nutrients; fresh and local fish is offered several times per week. Dietary restrictions and allergies are carefully catered for.

The yoga sessions are suitable for students who have been practicing yoga for 1 year or more and enjoy a practice that includes sun salutations or variations of. Classes will be mixed levels, offering varying degrees of intensity so that everyone has the opportunity to advance their practice in an enjoyable way.
8 - 10 am ~ Hatha Flow Yoga
4:30 - 6:30 pm ~ Workshop or Restorative Yoga closing with meditation
Yoga retreats (vacations) are a wonderful opportunity to explore how happy and healthy we can feel when we practice yoga daily, eat healthy meals at regular times, spend quality time with like minded people and enjoy exploring cultures that are different from our own.
We will stay at Prana Del Mar, a luxurious eco conscious retreat center over looking a long and quiet beach where you can stroll until your hearts content; or gaze out to sea looking for breaching Humpback Whales.
