RATNA LING RETREAT CENTER, SALT POINT STATE PARK

This special weekend retreat is located on the ridge of Salt Point State Park. On clear evenings the sky is filled with stars and the silent nights induce deep and restorative sleep. The facilities and yoga sessions offer the perfect environment for deepening our yoga practice and restoring inner harmony.


In between yoga and meditation sessions there will be plenty of time to relax in your luxury cottage, hike the local trails or take a short drive to the shore where the sea often crashes magnificently against the sandstone. The force of the sea has sculpted the sandstone into masterpieces of art. 


The yoga teachings will be a blend of moderate paced Hatha Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga along with pranayama and meditation. Sessions are tailored towards students who have been practicing  yoga for 1 year or more and enjoy a practice that includes sun salutations or variations of.  Classes will be mixed level with progressive steps to invite everyone to deepen their practice in an enjoyable way.
